Q. Does Rhinofoam™ use high pressure invasive washing at any time? |
A. Rhinofoam™ uses only gentle foaming to surfaces followed by low
pressure high volume water not much more than a garden hose. Our experienced
technicians will not improperly direct water to areas that might be vulnerable
to water damage... |
Q. Will bio foaming damage the paint on trim or siding? |
A. Rhinofoam™ cleaning agents are not harmful to paints or other
siding. Once the foaming process has been completed and rinsed there are no
after effects that might harm the surface. |
Q. What is the dark staining on the exterior of my stucco and brick? |
A. Most likely it is mold. All mold needs to grow is moisture
(humidity) and a food source and it will grow anywhere. The dark stains on your
siding, the dark stains on concrete walks (especially in shaded areas). There
are instances where other petroleum based pollutants cause stains and we also
have a product to remove those. |
Q. Will bio foam cleaning harm my plants? |
A. All of our cleaning is absolutely safe for plants, people and pets.
Our foaming process uses water at low pressure to remove the foam process. All
areas within the foaming process are thoroughly rinsed with fresh water upon
completion.
Q. What is the difference between bio foaming and pressure washing?
A. Bio foaming is a process that gently lobs thick foam on the target
surface and it is then rinsed off with low pressure fresh water. The process of
high pressure cleaning is water blasting the bio contaminants and dirt from the
surface of structures. High pressure cleaning uses pressurized water from 3000
PSI. to 5000 PSI. depending on the requirements. |
Q. I want my house to stay looking clean and fresh, will you send me a
reminder notice about your wonderful cleaning services? |
A. Yes, many of our regular customers are on our reminder list. We
recommend keeping your property clean rather than waiting until the mold buildup
is unsightly. We can set up a reminder schedule for your property too -
